About Us

Are You Watching This?! is a fully remote, profitable B2B Sports Tech company, and we're hiring a Head of Operations to streamline our processes and support our CEO.

RUWT?! was founded in 2006 to find exciting games as they're happening—think RedZone Channel, but for everything. We use patented algorithms to flag in-progress games and scour the web for the best way to tune in. In 2018, we expanded into sports gambling with MetaBet, helping media companies earn affiliate revenue from sportsbooks.

Our North Star is "Lebron has 60 points heading into the 4th! Watch now for $0.99 or wager on if he'll beat Kobe's 81 for access to a free live stream!" and our BHAG is driving $1m in revenue in 24 hours.

Our customer roster includes great brands like DraftKings, FanDuel Sports Network, FOX Sports, Hearst, Sporting News, USA Today, and Wingstop.

About You

Anyone into optimizing systems, setting long-term goals, communicating aggressively, and empowering a small team to punch above its weight, will learn and grow in this role. Our size means you'll get leadership experience, making key decisions and owning outcomes.

Residence in a timezone close to US Central Time and a basic understanding of sports and gambling is strongly preferred. Relentless follow-through and a willingness to jump head-first into the unknown are required.

Typical Tasks Include

Work with the CEO to plan/set goals and vision of company
Update monthly financial dashboards
Work with our bookkeeper to tabulate monthly customer payments
Communicate with outside CPAs to prepare annual taxes
Complete applications for a State Gaming Board
Add new processes or documents to Company Documentation
Create new internal mailing lists to optimize communication
Work with vendors to choose a new Healthcare Provider
Work with the team to create Quarterly Update Emails to Customers
Travel 1-2 times a year for conferences and team summits
